The Palestine Capital Market Authority (PCMA) announced that it has granted Global Securities Company the operating permit to carry out dealing in unregulated foreign exchanges (forex), after the company completed all the required technical and legal conditions — including connection to the Authority’s central custody system — and after the Authority’s Financial Markets Directorate examined the readiness of its electronic systems and confirmed compliance with the Authority’s requirements and instructions.
With this permit, the number of firms licensed for this activity in Palestine reaches four. In its statement the Authority renewed its call on investors to deal only with licensed firms, which are published on its official website.
The permit completes the company’s service range alongside brokerage on the Palestine Exchange and the regional and US markets.
