What each column tells you
- Price position in the 52-week range
- Where the price sits between its yearly low and high. Near 0% is at the year floor, near 100% at its ceiling. A momentum signal, not a value one.
- P/E
- What an investor pays for each dollar of annual profit. A very low figure may reflect a one-off gain; a very high one may mean weak profit rather than an expensive price.
- Earnings yield
- The inverse of P/E: earnings per share against the share price.
- Dividend %
- As the exchange publishes it: a percentage of the share nominal value, not of its market price. Not a dividend yield.
- Spread %
- The gap between best bid and best ask against their midpoint. The wider it is, the more entering and leaving actually costs.
